Avi Kumar (BSEE,MSEE,MBA) CEO
Avi founded KuWare in 2007 to offer his deep knowledge and understanding of product design, project management, and business growth strategies to a wide range of companies. Avi served a Program Manager for the Intel Ultra Mobile Group and Lead Ultra mobile PC productization, as well as product definition owner for Intel’s first line of Atom processors for netbooks and mobile devices. He has launched multiple online retail business and consulted with business owners on product concept, design, launch and growth strategies. |

Carol Maginn (BSChemE) Strategic Marketing VP
Carol has a passion for results based marketing. She has pursued this passion through several successful Austin startups, major fortune 500 companies and her own company MarketIT, her last home was at Bulldog Solutions. During her tenure she has helped multiple companies with their marketing strategies and campaigns including VeriSign, Intralinks, Fujitsu, Experian and many more. Her work has taken her around the world to Middle East, Euorope and Australia, her clients marketing campaigns benefit from her international perspective and learning. |

Kelly Kodama (BSME) Design VP
Kelly brings over 21 years’ experience as a designer, engineer and manager of product development teams to KuWare. The founder of Zoe Design Associates, he has brought over 100 new products to market and holds patents on a wide range of designs and technologies, specializing in consumer, medical and communications products. |

James has a history of reversing companies’ finances and morale alike to reach new heights of prosperity. His 25 years of experience in operations and R&D development include tenures as CEO of Move Mobile Systems and SRC Vision, and he also served as President of the wireless electronics company Teledyne Microwave. |

Nathan Calvert (BSEE, JD), Legal Counsel
Nathan’s background in both technological and legal consulting gives KuWare an edge in these critical disciplines. Nathan was Technology Intellectual Property Attorney for the law firm of Fish & Richardson. He has also served as an officer at the CIA Directorate of Science and Technology and Product Line Manager on a variety of communications projects. |
